Indonesian teachers realize that education is a field service of Almighty God, nation, and humanity in general. Indonesian teachers that have soul of Pancasila and loyal to the Constitution of 1945, partly responsible for the realization of the ideals of the Declaration of Independence of the Republic of Indonesia August 17, 1945. Therefore, Indonesian teachers called to perform his work with the basics be guided of:
A. Teachers serve to guide the students to form a complete Indonesian that have soul of Pancasila.
2. Teachers have the honesty and professional conduct.
3. The teacher tried to get information about students as a conducting material guidance and coaching.
4. Teachers create the best possible school environment that support successful teaching and learning process.
5. Teachers maintain good relationships with parents and the surrounding community to foster participation and sense of shared responsibility for education.
6. Teachers individually and jointly develop and improve the quality and dignity of the profession.
8. Teachers together to maintain and improve the quality of PGRI organizations as a means of struggle and dedication.
9. Teachers implement all government policies in education.
